Krystine
Krystine balances between being a Receptionist and a Room Technician. She has been in the Veterinary field for 2 1/2 years now and considers herself very lucky to have her dream job working with animals. Krystine has always had a love for animals. Her parents would always tell people "if she found a homeless elephant she would probably bring that home"; and yes she probably would have. She has 2 boys, Aaron 38, and Brian 36, who both live in the Vancouver area. Her father also lives here and at 88 is going strong. Her boys are her biggest accomplishment, but she also succeeded building a business from the ground up...a horse stable. Krystine had a goal when she opened the stable to provide a level of customer service that has been lost over the years and to prove to people that it does still exist. She has a Chihuahua named Kye, her little angel, and 3 cats; Nickie, Daniel and BC, a diabetic. Krystine considers herself a very blessed person having family close by, working in this field she loves!
Lindsay
Lindsay is our Head Certified Technician and has been working with animals since 2004. She discovered that taking care of animals is her passion. She has 3 cats - Bonnie, Clyde, and Oliver, and 1 dog - Makena. She enjoy camping, horseback riding, crafts and fostering animals.
Rachel
Rachel has been working with us since September of 2009. After spending over 20 years in customer service, she decided to follow her love for animals and blend the 2 strengths together. Her and her husband, Rand, have 2 wonderful children, Josh and Lauren. Their animals complete the family. With a Great Dane named Bob, a Jack Russel named Izzy, 3 cats (Theo, Nigel and Kevin….they were on a British name kick) and a Guinea Pig named Eddie, they are constantly on the go. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, fishing and family game night.
Rochelle
Rochelle is a Receptionist here. She was raised in Santa Cruz, California, but has lived locally in Washougal for the past 30 years. She has 4 dogs, 3 cats and 2 zebra finches, all rescues. She has been rescuing homeless animals since she was a child. Rochelle has worked in the veterinary field since 1996. She enjoys gardening, floral design, traveling, spending time with her pets and designing house plans. She looks forward to meeting you and your pets!
Terry
Terry is a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant for us at East Padden. She has worked in the animal field for over 6 years. Always an animal lover, she has one miniature schnauzer (with very large ears - she can hear for miles) named Minnie and two cats (one is rather chubby and the other has a true red-head temper). She has four children, one handsome grandson and a beautiful granddaughter! Despite severe allergies, she still loves working with animals and obscessively mowing her lawn. Terry truly loves meeting all the clients and pets!
Tiffany
Tiffany is a Technician Assistant. She graduated from Hockinson High School in June 2008. She started volunteering at East Padden Animal Hospital for her Senior Project. After she graduated, she was hired as a Kennel Assistant. She has adopted a kitten over the summer and named him Morgan. He was her first cat and definitely will not be her last. She also has 4 year old rabbit named Toby and 2 dogs named Zipper and Sandy. Zipper is a Catahoula and Sandy is a Shipoodle. Tiffany loves animals, driving her car, eating sushi and veggie burgers. She has 2 brothers, 16 and 24 years old. Tiffany is hoping to continue in the Veterinary Field as she gets older and continue her education.
